I’ve been working with Judy for about 1.5 months now and I can tell you that her program works! I did want to lose a few pounds, but my primary goal was to improve my overall health by eating better food and exercising. Before working with her I ate a lot of ding dongs and rarely exercised. I’ve really learned a lot about calories, food labels, exercising and surprisingly – MYSELF!! I don’t think I’ll ever be the posterchild for nutrition, but I feel so much better about myself both physically and mentally. I honestly don’t think I would have changed without her help.
